The Front Lobby/Security and Supplies Coordinator is a pivotal member of our team, responsible for maintaining a secure, welcoming, and efficient front lobby environment. In this role, you will be the first personal impression of our organization, playing a critical role in shaping how people view and engage with the company and setting expectations for future interactions. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors with warmth and professionalism. You will also play a crucial part in upholding our security standards, requiring vigilance and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.
This position demands a unique blend of interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will coordinate the flow of visitors, manage guest registrations, oversee truck lanes and gates, and monitor security cameras, ensuring that our premises remain safe and well-organized. It is a requirement for this individual to be armed and will be properly certified and trained appropriately to uphold the highest level of safety for our Herd members.
