Are you curious about how products move from the warehouse floor to customers’ hands? As an Operations Intern, you’ll get a front-row seat to the day-to-day workings of a fast-paced warehouse environment while building a strong foundation in supply chain and operations management. This is a hands-on learning opportunity designed for undergraduate students who want real-world experience, practical skills, and exposure to how operational decisions are made at the ground level.

In this role, you’ll work alongside Operations, Safety, and Quality teams to learn core fulfillment processes, analyze operational data, and contribute ideas that improve efficiency, accuracy, and safety. You won’t just observe—you’ll actively participate, ask questions, and help turn operational challenges into practical solutions.

What You’ll Learn & Do:

• Gain hands-on experience with warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Learn how inventory is tracked by assisting with cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies
• Observe, document, and help improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows
• Analyze basic operational data and help prepare reports that support decision-making
• Collaborate with Operations, Safety, and Quality teams on continuous improvement projects
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to warehouse layouts or workflows
• Participate in safety walks and learn how safety standards are implemented and maintained
• Support special projects led by operations leadership
• Get exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other operational tools

Pay Range: $20.00/Hour
